Matt Groening made two of my favorite shows. He made The Simpsons and Futurama. There both animated. The Simpsons is a classic. It is over 18 years old and there still making it. It came out in 1989. One of the characters is Homer and Matt Groening's initials are in every picture of Homer. His hair is the "M" and his ear is the "G". Futurama takes place in the year 3000. It is a sweet show. It was on for 5 years, 2000 - 2005. Matt Groening is a genius. He is a legend in the cartoon business. I hope he invents a new show, that would be sweet. The Simpsons and Futurama aren't just shows, they also make comics, posters, video games, board games, toys etc... The Simpsons is probably the most popular cartoon/comedy show. Matt Groening is a really good drawer too. If I could have one word to describe Matt, it would be GENIUS.
