"oh! dr. smith, how could you" was her favorite expression. it wasn't her fault, irwin allen just redused her part after the arrival of smith and the robot. i wouldn't have her any other way. she was the worrysome mother of the robinson clan. i really liked her in this role

as prof. john robinson he was the rock (actually he was wooden) of the jupiter 2. he was very handsome and with that tight uniform, he was in full view. but seriously, he was the only actor i could see playing that role. his role in the goody two shoes part of the parallel universe was that of the loving father and husband. although his judgement in letting him hang around with trouble maker dr. smith is questionable. smith was more of a role model (not a good one) and friend of will. williams had some good episodes such as "Follow the leader" and "The anti-matter man". all in all, i genuinely like him.

he was a pretty stock character when the show started. his banter with dr. smith was a highlight. major don west was the pilot of the jupiter 2 and he was famous for crash landings. he occasionally landed on a perfect circle. i liked mark goddard as he was pretty rock solid as major west. he was caught between the parallel world of dr. smith, will and the robot and the rest of the family. his character could intermingle with the two worlds. in the early episodes, he was out with john, maureen, judy, penny and the bloop on the chariot. later he was left to watch over smith, will and the robot. a good casting choice made by irwin allen

as cast member will robinson, bill mumy is the third best of the series, behind jonathan harris and the robot. and that's quite a complement. mumy plays will with verve and curiosity. he plays great off jonathan harris and he is like a son to dr....

as cast member will robinson, bill mumy is the third best of the series, behind jonathan harris and the robot. and that's quite a complement. mumy plays will with verve and curiosity. he plays great off jonathan harris and he is like a son to dr. smith. there are many touching moments between them. he also loves the robot like a family member. he also is quite good with his real family who are in a parallel world. the two worlds collide mostly in the third season when the other cast members are more prominent. also he had the grooviest uniform in season 3. one of the best child actors in a series.
