I'm sure there are plenty of people who practically live in OT spamming huge numbers of posts per day and will have a high post count in no time, for others they just post occasionally over a long period of time (years) and it builds up.
Post count has no connection to becoming a mod - true some mods do have 10,000+ posts, while others have less than 500. Also - mods are chosen - it isn't something you get by reaching a certain level or post count. Be helpful, try not to be an ass, don't annoy other users or incur the wrath of other mods and you will do fine on this site.
Post count also has no link to your level on GameSpot |
post count is usually linked to time on this site? nonsense, one could make 1000 posts and they could have spent 5 minutes here... |
That is technically impossible as GS restricts you from making more than one post per minute. But I see your point, post count doesn't necessarily reflect time spent on the site. |
