Hello, Everyone! Today was such an amazingly fun day!
I decided that I would take my brother and sister along on a hike to my town's most famous attraction, The Stone Church. Now, if you want detailed information about what the stone Church is, you'll find it here, but basically, it's a huge rock formation with a waterfall that looks like the stained glass window of a church. Back in the 1600's, it was used as a place of refuge for a group of Native Americans hiding from the English army.
Anyway, the hike itself is a beautiful walk through huge meadows, up rocky paths, and even over a little bridge. I had been to the Stone Church before, as well as my brother, but it was my sister's first trip there. It was cool showing her all the different sights!
They both really enjoyed the hike, as did I!
Here are some pictures I took from the trip. Hope you like them.![]()
The field you have to cross to actually get to the Stone Church path.
A small bridge that I crossed.
This is a small pond that was reflecting a tree. Yet another fun sight to see on the way to the Stone Church!![]()
A small waterfall next to the stone Church.
And this... is the Stone Church itself! If you venture inside, you can see a huge waterfall, as well as people's names engraved into the rocks that are dated from the 1800's.
Finally, here is a picture I took walking back through the meadow. Hope you enjoyed seeing some of the sights!![]()
Greeting's everyone! I'm currently devoid of any interesting blog topics, so I thought I'd give a quick rundown on how my week has been going so far.
~Sunday: I was able to watch a few episodes of I Love Lucy before I headed off to church (where I had a lovely time, by the way), and I was fortuanate enough to see one of my all time favorite episodes, specifically "The Indian Show", which is from season 2. This episode has to be one of the best of the whole series, because it's so hilarious!![]()
~Monday: Besides going on a submitting spree on TV.com, I got halfway through the new book I've been reading, which is "Three Cups Of Tea", by Greg Mortenson. This book is so touching and inspiring. It tells the true story of one man's mission to help build schools for the children of Pakistan. If you ever get the chance, you should really check this book out.![]()

~Tuesday: Got myself two new editorships! The Rick Steve's Europe guide, and the Sarah Palin guide!![]()

Also on Tuesday, when I went to RCIA, I recieved a catechism book. It was funny though, because it's the same exact copy as the catechism book my grandmother let me borrow from her!
The only difference is the cover color.![]()

~Wednesday: This wasn't such a great day, as I got a bad earache.
However, the silver lining to this day
would probably have to be the fact that I opened a photobucket account, and learned how to edit my pictures that I take with my camera!
~Thursday: Today was good, even though my earache persists.
I've been corresponding with a few old friends, which is always nice.
I'm sure tomorrow will be a great day as well.![]()
To end this blog, here is a picture of a tree in my backyard. The leaves are sort of changed into their Autunm colors, which I think looks pretty.
Enjoy!

Here's a list of my top 5 things I'd like to see changed on TV.com.
1: Tone down the extremely blinding white and electric blue color scheme. Countless people, myself included, are getting headaches from it!
2: Make the text darker and bigger. Nobody wants to visit a site that requires extreme magnification to read anything.
3: Let us use any type of color, font, or size of text we want when writing blogs, PMs, comments, ect...
4: Go back to the old amount of how many blogs were listed on our profiles.
5: Bring back the missing emblems!!! A lot of those were achieved through hard work, and to take then away suddenly makes absolutely no sense.
