Hiking Trip
I wanted to share all the cool places I went to when I was on vacation. I went hiking at Bear Mountain and this time around the hike was much longer and me and my friend were so tired that we had to take the road back to the car toward the end of it. It was a lot of fun and I got some great exercise. And on the plus side I saw two deer while walking back and it was cool. 
We did get lost but we managed to get back to the right trail and that's all that counts. Even though it was a bit longer than we had figured the hike would take I thought it was cool and fun.

Sesame Place
Next we went to Sesame Place. Unfortunately it took 3 and half hours to get there so we were a little tired and wanted to have some fun. The first ride we went on Sky Splash where the freezing cold water awaited us at the end of the ride. 
We did get wet and it was cool. Then we went on roller coaster called the Vapor Trail. It was a lot of fun. Then onto the Big Bird's Balloon Race. You get very dizzy on that ride. 
Then another water ride, Bert & Ernie's Slip and Slide. That you get completely soaked and again the freezing cold water awaits you at the bottom of the pool. Glad I bought my towel with me.
We went on Nets & Climbs but David did not like it so we had to stop after half way though. I had a lot of fun doing that. We saw a show at Abby's Paradise Theater called Abby Cadabby's Treasure Hunt. We went on the Vapor Trail again and this time we were at the back of the ride which was super cool.
Then of course we had to stay for the Parade with all the characters in it. I took some pics of it and of the cool bushes that made up of some of the characters. There was a ride with Bert and Erie but it was closed but I took a pic of that. And the Sesame Neighborhood had a fire truck in which you can sit in so I had David take a pic of me in it. I had a lot of fun and too bad we did not have enough time to do all the things I wanted. At least I bought a small stuffed Grover. I took a pic of it so you can see how cute he is.

I didn't know there was a amusement park based on Sesame Street. I have motion sickness so I can hear about amusement park, but there's not a lot of amusement in it for me

I 've never actually seen the show Sesame Street. And I didn't know it had an amusement park.
Ela: Grover is my favorite character from Sesame Street as well. They even had a Super Grover but it was a bit more money. Oscar is another favorite of mine. I just love all of them but didn't have the funds to buy all the characters.
Hiking was cool and as you can tell I was loving it. Glad you liked the pics. Yes it does. 
Nature rules and you get to see so many of natures wonders when you are out doors. Thanks.

I hope you can go to Sesame Place one day. It is in PA and the website is cool to look at if you are serious enough to plan a trip there. I am glad I am not the only person who loves Sesame Street. hehe I bet you would love the face painting and fake tatootes. I almost got one but I didn't want to wait on the long line.

France: It is OK that you are not a fan of hiking. I love to walk especially outside when the weather is nice. Actually David is not talking to me but it is not because of the long hike. 
Yes there is and it is incredible place to visit. I am so sorry you have motion sickness. You would of killed me on the Balloon Race because I love spinning the wheel and you would of been very sick. You would like the water rides there. Or you could just swim in the little kids pool.

Ivy: I believe the hike was 7½ to 8 hours. I lost count when David starting complaining that he can't hike any more and we had to walk on the road because it was easier to walk on. Well the tree roots where not the problem but the thorns on the bushes that scratched my leg. Me too! Thanks and look at that beautiful skyline. *high fives back* Puma makes great stuff. hehe David doesn't want to go hiking with me anymore.
Well now you know SP is real and a fun place to visit. I also love Cookie Monster but I did not see any when I bought my Grover. I did however buy chocolate chip cookies to remember him. They were delicious. hehe

Maarit: I had loads of fun. Actually the pics where not on Bear Mountain but on a different mountain which is why David wanted to kill me when he realized we had 2 more hours of hiking to do to get back to the car.
Yes the weather was great and the sun was smiling on us. The freezing cold water was welcoming and very refreshing.

Lisa: That may be why you are not much of a hiker. How was the hike up Diamond Head? I have never been to Hawaii so I could only guess how beautiful the view is overlooking the Islands. David is with you with this last hike. I guess I will have to find another partner and at least I will have the cool memeries.

Thanks and I was so glad when we saw the car in the parking lot. I can't believe how happy I was to get my hiking boots off and relax. Yes that is so true. You have to get back to your car even if you just want to collapse and not move. Nope, he is gone for good so we will have to find other friends to hike with.
Yes it does. And don't forget Mr. Rogers as well. Sesame Place is a fun place and lots of things to do there. 
I love going on all the rides as well. I thought the bushes were so cool and had to show them off. hehe No problem.

The hike, while longer than expected, sounds beautiful, and it's always such a splendor to see deer in the wild.

My sister is in France. They are having a blast.
About 2 hours from where I live, there is a great hiking place with an amazing view. We made pictures in black and white. Take a look.

Sharon: I actually have a pic of myself on my blog. Usually I am the one taking the pictures but this time I had David take one to remember the cool hike. How goofy do I look with my squinted eyes. I did blog about my I-CON convention and there were pics of me with some of the guests there. I guess you did not see that one.
Yes watching the deer frolic around was great to see. Wasn't that skyline just so breathtaking.

Supes: The hike was all kinds of awesome and I loved every moment of it including watching the wild deer frolic around.
Darling of course Cookie Monster was there. He was in the parade but I couldn't get close enough to take a pic of him. And he was in the show I watched so I was in CM heaven.

Awww! I am so sorry to hear that. I am sure you can walk at least one hour of easy hiking. I have been doing this for awhile so 8 or so hours is no big deal for me.
