OK, I have been tagged by Toxic and I am suppose to list 10 interesting things about myself.

Here I go

1. After visiting my sister and her family I realized that I fee like I am missing out in the whole family life. Stacy is so lucky to find her husband and have children with him. Jolie is so cute and I wish I could have a child like her.

2. I am horrible at math and I can't do simple math in my head. I almost failed some of my math cl@ss in HS.

3. I probably have dyslexia because I have problems pronouncing certain words and get letters and numbers confused.

4. I am a little OCD because just like DG I also want things done my way. I have to package my groceries because the cashier doesn't do it correctly.

5. I will probably never get a car and now with the high gas costs I am glad I don't have one. I do know how to drive and drive on occasion so at least I will not forget it.

6. My guilty show I watch is Pushing Daisies and I love how Ned and Chuck can't touch each other. I can't wait until it comes back on air. I knew it would not get cancelled like Moonlight did. I do miss Moonlight and hope the cast found other projects to do.

7. The first concert I went to see was Henry Lewis and the News. It was great and I realized how much fun concerts were. Unfortunately I have not gone to any concerts this year or last year but I will try to go to the summer concerts at Jones Beach.

8. I have a hard time failing to sleep and I am taking sleeping pills but I try not to use them that much because I don't want to rely on them. I have to stop eating chocolate before going to bed.

9. I have a very sensitive nose and some smells make me nauseous. As for example when I smell seafood I have to leave the room because it was upsetting my stomach and one of my co-workers loves eating clams for lunch. You can see where this is going so I had to leave the lunch area and come back when she finished it. Luckily a trip to the bathroom was not in order.

10. I would love to travel around the world and go to all the places I read about in school. I don't even have a passport so I guess that is the first thing to get if I want to travel.

Now for my hiking trip

I went to Harriman State Park off the Palisades Parkway and went on a 5 1/2 hour hike. First we went to West Mountain and went to see the shelter that is on top of it. It is cool and you can camp there for the night if you brought your sleeping bag with you. I don't sleep outside so I don't know if I would like it. Then we went to another mountain which is called the Timp. It was a little bit harder and I was so glad when I finally reached the top. I took some pics of the view and will post them for all to see.

Timp2

You! You..!! Maan now I have to do one of these aswell.... :/

BTW That mountain don't look so high? Or maybe I'm just used to the Norwegian mountains where they go straight up and if they're not high/straight enough we just consider them hills! (not to diss your mountains/hikes or anything...just what I was thinking when seeing that first pic..;P)
Posted Jun 24, 2008 11:53 am PT
Supes: Hey if I had to do one then you have to do one. Besides I had to pick 5 people to send back.

The mountains that I hiked where not that high since if I had to hike three high mountains I would of passed out from exhaustion. As it is just doing smaller mountains in one day was very tiring. I had fun and meet some cool people so it was all good at the end. The first and second pic was not the top of the mountain so maybe that is why is looks smaller than what is really was. I was very tired and wanted to take some pics as I gained enough strength to climb the rest.

The Timp Mt is 1800 ft. high.

Hiya Caryn
Glad to see you went on another hike! Looks like ya had some nice views! I am going camping this weekend!
**praying for nice weather**
Can't wait!

God, tagging again?! So it is time for the murder game? I am allergic to perfume so it's fun taking the bus every day in the morning... Why do people think they smell good? Oh, and perfume in the summer I am looking forward to taking the bus all summer where walking away is not an option. I just think you should tell your co-worker that it makes you physically sick, I've been told not to bring anything coconut based (my sunscreen) at work because my co-worker gets sick and I just think that's what a person would do... not bring any or eat somewhere else.

I'm still waiting for you to put a pic of a girl I find gorgeous... Hint: my avvie!!! I mean, come one, once and then I won't be mentioning it every blog .

Great pics from your hike... I'm all out of breath and I'm sitting at my computer.

Awwww sorry to hear about some of your facts Hope things get better though. I would love not to sleep outside, sleeping outside creeps me out That's a pretty view! Have a good week.
Posted Jun 24, 2008 1:40 pm PT
But..but.....10 things! Am I remembering wrong or was it just 5 things last time around?? O that kinda explains a few things(also why I kinda thought it seemed higher the furhter down on the page I got It looks long but not high.. You were doing 3 mountains in one day? That's a lot no matter how high they are(: (again, not saying you can't go on a mountain that's not sky high. Hiking is hiking )
Posted Jun 24, 2008 1:59 pm PT
Some interesting facts about you...I feel as if I know you so much better now. I understand the math one...without a calculator I am lost.

Hope you get a chance to enjoy some of the concerts at Jones Beach...sounds like a fun time.

The hiking pics are great...we have no mountains or even high hills around here...the nearest ones being several hundred miles away. A very nice view you had...you're lucky to have such a great place available for hiking. BTW, sleeping outside is not a bad thing, you should give it a go.

Mwuahahahahahahahahahahahah!!!!!! Okay, too much . Interesting! Very very iiiinteresting! Yeah, my brother has kids and I see them and think that I never want kids . And then I stop and think about it and realize that maybe it wouldn't be so bad. But I'm only about to turn eighteen, I think I have a little while before my biological clock starts ticking . And beautiful photos from your hike! I would love to do something like that even though I know ten steps into it I would be crying from the pain . And love the eye candy. Ruby!!!!!

Hi Shelly: I try to go hiking as much as possible when the weather is nice. It is great having a friend who can take me with him.

I hope you have fun camping. **prays the weather is good as well.** I am going to The Gunks this weekend. Take pics so we can see what you did and I always do.

**hugs back**

France: I am allergic to perfume as well. When I was eating dinner with my family in Florida, a woman walked by and I felt like I was going to pass out with how much perfume she was wearing. My eyes were tearing so badly that I could not see for a couple of minutes. You are not alone.

I did tell my co-worker that seafood makes my nauseous but she doesn't care and brings them in anyway. Luckily for me I can eat at my desk when she brings them in.

OK, I have no idea what type of woman you find gorgeous. You said you liked brunettes and fewer blonds so give me a better hint. *nudge, nudge, wink, wink* As you can see I do listen and I put JM in for Sassy. I will put the girl of your dreams in for you if you tell me who she is.

Glad you liked the hiking pics and walking is just as good exercise so go to it.

**hugs**
Posted Jun 24, 2008 4:56 pm PT
Tiffany: That's OK I have been that way for many years and I am used to it. I feel the same way and I have never slept outside when I have gone hiking. I agree. You too!

**hugs**
Posted Jun 24, 2008 5:06 pm PT
Mscraftee: Thanks and I am glad you understand about the math one and I use a calculator all the time as well.

I hope so and it is. It is not far away from me so I can easily get there. We will see.

I am not fond of bringing tents and sleeping bags on my hiking trip. I only bring my water bottles and other necessary things on my hike. Maye if I don't have to carry all that equipment up the mountain.

**hugs**

hi!i like this game! this way we can learn things about other!I know what you mean about baby..when i broke up with bruno, the more difficult thing was putting my dream of a baby on hold..Im exactly like you about stuff being done my way!
your pictures are always gorgeous!
take care
xx

Toxic: *pouts and has little puppy dog eyes* I used to think that as well but Jolie makes me rethink my decision. Mine is already ticking since I will be 38 at the end of this year.

Glad you loved the hiking pics. Like I said before walking is still great exercise and you don't have to use gas.

I feel the same way about Rudy but she has to be in a least one more episode, her story-line is not finished. Eye candy is great to drool over. Muahhhh

**hugs**
Posted Jun 24, 2008 5:25 pm PT
Chantal: I agree and we are learning about one another. At least you had a dream, mine is not even a reality. How are you since the break-up with Bruno? It seems many of us want things done our way. Thanks and eye candy to desire is always fun. Take care as well.

**hugs**
Posted Jun 24, 2008 5:39 pm PT
Supes: It was 5 things last time but since the gas has increased so has the telling of the facts.

Now you understand why the pics did not look so high up. Yes, three mountains is a lot. I have hiked up very high mountains in New Hampshire and I am hoping to go back this year. True, hiking is hiking.

**hugs**

interesting...
Posted Jun 24, 2008 8:28 pm PT
Hey there! Oh my, I'm terrible at Math as well no matter how hard I try. If you think you have dyslexia, you should check with a doctor and you probably don't because everyone makes mistakes. LOL yay for OCD! Oh those cashiers.. Do you take public transit instead? It takes me a long time to fall asleep too. Beautiful pictures! The hike sure was long.
Posted Jun 24, 2008 10:37 pm PT
Hey Caryn

Good to know more about you - I miss MOONLIGHT

the views u had from your hike are fantastic - such great scenery - im lucky we have that kind of scenery where I am too...

the pics of Jared from Supanova are great but the ones of Jensen are much better ... I agree he has such a beautiful face *sigh

the thing about kids... theyre always better if they are someone elses!! LOL.. I have 1 and I wouldnt be without him but kids can be hard work too.. dont rush into them.. take your time, travel, have a good time before you settle down... then u'll be ready for the lil tykes
Posted Jun 25, 2008 12:32 am PT
Oohhh Twin

have a great trip this weekend **crosses fingers too**

Caryn - for france u have to post pics of Freema Agyeman!! thats who her avie is
Posted Jun 25, 2008 12:35 am PT
Pixie: Glad you stopped by.

**hugs**

Posted Jun 25, 2008 3:41 am PT
Tish: Me too! Thanks, I love how cool everything looks when you are so far up and away from the world. That is great, do you hike as well?

I agree Jared looks terrific and Jensen certainly does have a gorgeous face.

That is probably true. I know that I see how Stacy has to work so hard for her household to be in order. Well since I am 37 I would think I am not rushing into anything. Traveling is great to do and one day I would like to do it. I don't know if I would ever be ready for that responsibility but now I am more in favor of having one.
Posted Jun 25, 2008 3:58 am PT
I put a picture of Freema Agyeman in one of my blogs and she did not even look at it. I will have to remember to add her again. Thanks for the info.

**thanks for the info hugs**
Posted Jun 25, 2008 4:01 am PT
France: If you look at the Ghostfacers blog you will see Freema Agyeman and John Barrowman. You did not look at that one since you did not watch season 3 of Supernatural.
Posted Jun 25, 2008 4:16 am PT
Yeah, but I can't watch it now either... I'll go in your history after the vacation (that's if I feel like telly... it's really a chore for now unless you know which show it is ).
Posted Jun 25, 2008 9:28 am PT
France: That is OK you can wait until the DVD is realized, I think it comes out Sept. 2. You can watch them and then you would be really for season 4.
Posted Jun 25, 2008 12:06 pm PT
Yes, but I already have all the episodes... it's the time I need (away from DW... I am a very good addict).
Posted Jun 25, 2008 5:48 pm PT
I know what you mean. I have been loving the episodes this season of DW and I was so sad to see Donna gone. I can't wait to see this week and found out about the library and how to stop the shadow monsters.
Posted Jun 25, 2008 6:23 pm PT
Scruffy Jensen is SOO Da** Sexy!! And Jared is adorable! Love Bella and Amber Bensen/Tara And SPIKE!! And as for Catie Cassidy I love her too!! But what do you mean miss her?? She's not leaving Supernatural is she??? **Sadness**
Posted Jun 26, 2008 3:52 am PT
Jessica: I agree with you. Yes he is. Katie Cassidy is not coming back for season 4 and Ruby might be gone for good. There is a thread about it in the forums and EK said she had to get her go because of budget cuts.

**hugs**
Posted Jun 26, 2008 4:05 am PT
Nooooo!!! I love Ruby/Katie!! Ugh the heartache! STUPID BUDGET CUTS!!!
Posted Jun 26, 2008 8:14 am PT
Yes, the heartache is right. I did not want her to leave but the main focus is the boys and I am sure EK will add more antagonists in. Budget cuts sucks big time.
Posted Jun 26, 2008 9:10 am PT
Oh, you are up to Forest of the Dead? I loved that epi... Turn Left is great though (that was last week), you'll love that one if you love Donna (and you should or don't tell Catherine's editor you don't like her).
Posted Jun 26, 2008 9:16 am PT
Wow! You always make wonderful photos in soooo beautiful places!!!not to talk about the others pics...
I'm glad i'm not the only unable with math!I've always been a dumb in math!!!It's one of my nightmares!!!
And, as you, i wish i could visit almost all the world!!!
Hugs & love!

Interesting facts, thanks for sharing!

Oh and great pics too!
Posted Jun 26, 2008 12:31 pm PT
France: Yep, that is what I am up to. Cool, I can't wait to see that one. I am going to miss Donna.
Posted Jun 26, 2008 2:16 pm PT
Omaci: It is easy to take pics of the beautiful scenery. And all the cool eye candy to stare at as well.

Math is a tough subject for many people. Mine too! Traveling is one dream that I will try to make a reality.

**love & hugs back**
Posted Jun 26, 2008 2:24 pm PT
Cherish: No problem. Glad you enjoyed reading the facts.

Yes, they are cool pics for everybody to drool over.

**hugs**
Posted Jun 26, 2008 2:28 pm PT
Ivy: I guess many people are horrible at math. I took a test awhile ago and they could not diagnosis what I had since I was not in any category but showed some problems. OCD is here to stay. I take the bus to work every day. Sleeping is overrated. Not really, our hikes last for 5 to 7 hours depending on how hard the hike is.

**hugs**

Wow....40 responses already!! Where the heck have I been!?!?
Thanks for sharing your 10 interesting facts. I was tagged as well (for the second time--so I'm running out of things to say).
The pictures from your hiking trip look lovely. I really miss living in eastern TN where I could just pop up to the Smokey Mountains for a hike... did that in undergrad at UT Knoxville as many weekends as possible. Here in Memphis it's flat.. really flat...with cotton fields.... flat...
Did I mention flat?
Posted Jun 26, 2008 9:23 pm PT
Shazz: It is OK at least you are here now. I am glad you liked reading my 10 interesting facts.

Yeah, hiking pics. I am sorry you can't go hiking where you live. I know what you mean about not liking flat areas. I love hiking upstate and watching nature go by. Did I mention how cool the sky looks when you are up top of a mountain. Can you go to a place to hike that is not that far away from you.

**hiking is fun hugs**

Why would you miss Donna?! NOTHING is gonna happen to Donna... she is an Andrew in Buffy, it's all misdirection I say (or denial ).
Posted Jun 28, 2008 10:38 am PT

France: I didn't realize that Donna could be saved until the end when the Dr. said he could get them out. I still wonder who that woman was to the Dr. I bet you know who she is don't you? I loved how she knew his real name. At least her memory is forever saved in the virtual reality place.
Posted Jun 29, 2008 6:50 am PT
Tania: Yes, gas is very expensive. No, I live in LI, NY. Suze & Sally went to the Aussie convention and they have pics in the SPN pics thread.

I like EV as well an she is very pretty. I don't remember her on Charmed but it has been awhile since I watched any of the episodes. Glad you liked reading my blog and have a good week as well.
