For some reason since the overhaul Gamespot made the unions tab more difficult to find, that is if you do not know where to look. I remember it taking me ages to find it. Anyway it is actually quite easy to find, on your profile click on "My Updates" and there is a tab on the right hand side that says "Unions". Hope that helped.
