Bill Turnbull first appeared to me as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, and he entertained me with his charm and genuine passion for anything he set his heart to. Now he is a familiar face on Breakfast and so now I have someone friendly to look at on the news in the morning.
He is a very sweet man who can be incredibly funny. His training sessions with Karen were so hilarious. I thought that the judges were often really cruel to him and he should have stayed longer. You have to love him - if only for the fact he keeps bees!

I thought I owed him a review. He has been a television presenter on the Australian pre-school children's show HI-5 where children learn through songs, acting and dance. Tim is really entertaining and talented. He can make even the most ridiculous situations seem plausible and has a very nice singing voice. He really seems to enjoy working for and with the children but since he is such a talented musician I would have thought he would be able to move onto something bigger and better, maybe eventually getitng his own show, because he definitely deserves one. Just so you know, I don't spend all my time watching kids' TV shows.

I first heard about Charli whilst I was watching TV first thing in the morning after my shower when the only thing on was kids\' television so I was watching Hi-5, the show she stars in. Although this show is aimed at preschool age children it was quite entertaining. Charli could sing and dance well and was very engaging. Although it is clear that she enjoys working with the children, I think her talents could be put to better use, maybe performing in the theatre or dance troop or appearing in more adult orientated work. She is a very talented young lady with a eagerness to perform.
I have just read through this again and the ending sounds like a school report.

Camilla is great. I watched her on all three series of Strictly Come Dancing and I have never seen anyone so committed but able to have such a great time as well. Her training sessions with David, Roger and James have all shown how taleneted she is at both dancing and teaching others. She has also given them the passion for dancing and because of her they have exceeded what they would have been capable of otherwise. I felt extremely sorry for her during the whole Brendan/Natasha fiasco but she has pulled through and emerged sucessfully. I look forward to seeing her on the next series.

He is a very talented teacher and an excellent dancer. Although he has now ended his career as a professional dancer he is still able to spread his knowledge through dance classes, teaching others the skills which make him so great. I will remember him most for his Paso Doble when he went topless and wore those awful trousers - it was very dramatic though.

Since I am now his editor, I felt oblidged to write him a review. Len is a classic and comes out with lines no one else could think of. When I watch him on Strictly Come Dancing I watch and am completely baffled by what he comes out with. He always gives excellent advice but there is usually a food analogy and something to make me laugh. On Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two I used to look forward to Tuesdays when he and Claudia Winkleman would be together trying to discuss dance moves and it would turn into a laughing heap of anaolgies.

Bruno Tonioli is wonderful because he is completely outrageous and he over emphasises everything. He is such a sweet man and I really want to thank him when he gives positive advice to contestants on Strictly Come Dancing rather than critising them. Some one his comments though are hilarious and I think that this exaggeration of a point has made him so likeable. Whenever he appears on Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two I always look forward to it because I know he will say something which will crack me up even if doesn't intend it to be funny. His impression of the other judges was pure excellence.

Aled first captured my heart when I heard him singing the theme from The Snowman - We're Walking In the Air. Having spent a long time at my grandparents' house I became used to seeing him on Songs of Praise and realised what a brilliant singer he was and how charismatic. His personality really shone through during the second series of Strictly Come Dancing showing he is game for a laugh and is an extremely funny and cheeky guy. He seemed up for anything and was turning into a talented dancer with a little help from Lilia. I think he should have reached the final.
I am annoyed that some people only remember him for his work as a choirboy, but his albums as a grown up are far greater and show his true talent.

He is kind, caring and sweet, posh but nice, brilliantly dressed, an excellent dancer, a charmer, funny, great teeth and is the only man I know who can get away with wearing skin tight trousers and still look good. I first heard of Anton du Bec whilst watching Strictly Come Dancing. This show allows his best qualities to come through and he is just adorable. If I could come up with any more complimentary adjectives I would use them on this fellow. His dancing is amazing, no wonder he is world champion. If only I were a few years older, could dance, and Erin Boag hadn't met him first - I'd be the luckiest woman on the planet. I agree with Lesley Garrett - everyone woman should get to spend half an hour with this man. I would love to.

He is also an excellent choreographer - the dances he did with Jill were absolutely amazing - especially the jive and the pasa doble. It was amazing. It took my breath away.
This series he has been paired with Gloria Hunniford, who although she is not as young as Jill, makes an excellent dancer since she has the elegance and the enjoyment from dancing. Darren has choreographed the dances so she looks as good as she can.

Lisa Kudrow is the most talented comedienne I have ever heard of. On Friends she can clearly show her talents because of the brilliant writing which enables her to show off her comedic skills.
She manages to bring comedy into situations you never thought would be funny and comes up with lines which are unimaginable and you could not see them coming.
Phoebe's songs are brilliant too. Although Lisa is not the greatest singer in the world she sings the songs herself and brings a sense of realism to them rather than have someone dub her voice.
A truly talented original.

Courteney Cox Arquette is a briliant actress. I first noticed her on Friends and thought she was excellent. Her comic timing is impecible and always makes me laugh. However when she required to act serious, like during her and Chandler's proposal during season 6 she managed to bring true drama to the situation and made me really connect to the character.
After seeing her on Friends, I watched the SCREAM trilogy where she played Gale Weathers, an extremely annoying and yet helpful news reporter with high ambitions. She was a brilliant actress in this and was completely different to the character of Monica. Although I still thought she was great she was way more b*tchy than Monica and made the film extremely entertaining.

Matt was briliant on Friends and the writing really made him shine and brought his talents to the screen. He managed to make Joey a character who managed to be a womaniser and yet still a great friend and someone aware of his emotions and how he affects those around him.
He always made me laugh and yet feel for him at the same time. However on the show Joey his talents can not so easily be displayed because the writing is not at clean cut and brilliant as Friends. I have seen him in several films including Charlie's Angels and though he has talent as an actor he is still playing guys who are pretty but dumb.

It's true what they say- great things come in small packages (sorry - very bad paraphrase, I couldn't remember what it really was). She is an extremely talented actress and makes Charmed a wonderful programme to watch. Since Charmed deals with the supernatural it is great that she can bring some reality to the situation with her act of her love for her sisters and her family. She seems to really care about the roles that she plays and puts her whole heart and soul into the performance. Whenever she cries on television, she has so much emotion in her performance she makes me feel sorry for her.

Although I have only seen him on Charmed I think that he is a truly talented actor and really seemed suited to play a sensible, sturdy boyfriend for Phoebe for once. Whilst the rest of the show was going completely crazy magically he managed to add a sense of calm and reason. He kept Phoebe grounded and made her grow up a bit.
He always seemed to be able to convey an entire range of emotions - and when he and Phoebe finally broke up the mixture of anger, betrayal and sadness shown in his eyes made me well up too. He is definitely underrated.

Simon Cowell seems to appear on every chat show on the planet and is really overexposed. He has this huge ego which I find really annoying. Although he thinks that he knows best, and it is true he knows a lot about the music industry, it does not mean he has to be so pompous all the time. He really gets on my nerves when he starts quoting figures of how many millions of albums he has sold - it does not make him a better person.
However I do not think that it is cruel when he tells people the truth about their awful singing - they should not live in a dream world and therefore he is helping them before they embarrass themselves further.

Jeremy Clarkson has managed to do something I never thought possible - he has made cars interesting and entertaining for me and I now love watching Top Gear on Sunday evenings. He manages to add comedy to absolutely every moment and comments on the absurdity of situations as well as the ideas the conseptual artists come up with.
I particularly enjoy the parts when he races James and Richard across Europe in a fast car, trying to beat public transport - and amazingly he does. Jermey Clarkson is a genius - and a complete idiot at the same time - how on earth do you manage to slip a disc in your back by turning too hard?

Julie Andrews is the most talented singer I have ever heard of - her range and pitch is fantastic. The Sound of Music is my favourite film because of her. She made it so entertaining with her ability to sing and encourages me to lighten up about the world around me and makes me just want to burst into song. I also enjoyed her performance as Mary Poppins in the film of the same name because she managed to excuse Dick Van Dyke's awful cockney accent and make it into a brilliant Disney musical. I do not think song composers could write a song she could not have sung beautifully.

Billy Drago as Barbas the Demon of Fear sent chills down my spine. He voice makes me go all tingly and I can see he is perfectly right for the part. When he first appeared I thought - a well spoken demon, he'll never last - but now he has made several spectacular returns i keep waiting for his next appearance to strike fear not only in the Charmed ones but also in myself. Acting as a demon who can tap into a person's deepest fear and use it against them cannot be an easy role to keep a straight, serious face about but Drago seems to manage it perfectly. A fine actor.

I know it is just a stupid film but he did seem to put more effort than was required into the part. I feel he can do better.

At first I was reluctant to accept the fact he left Charmed but then I started watching Nip/Tuck and he seems to thrive on the starring role. Brian Krause has always been brilliant on Charmed, offering rational explainations and keeping calm whilst the world is falling apart around him, so I was suprised to discover that he hasn't really done much else. One thing that I was curious about however, was the fact that Prue said that Phoebe was only interested in Leo because Piper liked him but if I saw Leo I'd like him. He is adorable, caring and has a nice voice. I can't understand why Piper did not ask him out sooner - he seems completely approachable and down to earth and not at all intimidating.
