Man, I was really confident that the PS3 was the way to go, Now I am having second thoughts. I really want to trade in my PS3, and get a 360 instead. I just haven't been impressed by the system. I know it is still to early to give up on it, but most of the great games that used to only come on the PS3 are now on the Xbox 360 as well.

I like the xbox 360 controller much more then the PS3 version. I'm not into the sixaxis controller, it is uncomfortable. I was playing the Ninja Gaiden demo on the PS3 and my hand was hurting after a few minuets. Plus now I am addicted to DOA4. I can't stop playing the damn game. I'm practicing with Ayane and Ryu around a couple of hours a day.

I love the Blu ray player that the PS3 has, and I hope Blu ray wins the next gen video disk war. Although now LG has released a player that plays both HD-DVD and blu-ray. I don't know if you herd the rumors about FF13 coming to the 360, but it seems legit. Also the mega hit Halo 3 is just something I don't think I can live without.

It pisses me off, cause the PS3 has more powerful graphics capabilities, but because of the price not to many people are buying them, so this makes all the game developers align themselves with the other two counsels. Meaning the graphics will be restricted to the weakest of counsel capabilities. Also the Xbox 360 interface is so much better then I imagined, and the PS3 interface... well it is lacking. I blame the fact that a software giant company made the xbox, while a hardware giant made the PS3. So one system has all the power but none of the user friendly abilities of the other.

All in all, it now seems like the 360 is the better choice, it has really great games, the controller, and the user interface is what is settling it in my mind. Oh and how could I forget xbox live. I wasn't really impressed with the free online service with the PS3, you get what you pay for it seems.

I do want to give the PS3 more time, but where the xbox 360 screwed up, I thought the PS3 would have done better. I mean like the system comes out, but there are hardly any games out for it. I remember Sony saying "it is worth the wait" well I am still waiting, and $700.00 poorer. While at the same time drooling at the mouth looking at the Xbox 360 games and graphics that are better then I thought they could be.

It is still too soon to tell, and I hate being wrong, but I still want the PS3 to come out on top, but please Sony, change the controller. Make it more comfortable. The triggers slip through my fingers, and I struggle to keep a grip on the damn thing. Prove me wrong Sony, I will give you a few more months/one more year, to show me you are worthy of my ownership. Cause I can't afford both systems at the moment.

I should add, my parents own a 360, so to some degree I own one as well, but I will most likely move out soon. So I don't consider that I own one. Although I play it all the time.
