Ahhh dumb fun. I got quoted on the inquirer. Want to find it? Its within 48 hours of this date.
See, I have this odd hobby. I like getting my name said on the radio or put in print. If you listened to 'my' station here, you'd here my name about once a month. If you read the same magazines as I do, you'd see my name about three times a year.
Now I've added websites. Note, it can't be just a simple comment form, it's got to be in the article to count.
C'mon, like that's the weirdest hobby you've ever heard of!

Gotta admit - that is a weird hobby! How do you get it done? I mean, how do you get your name announced, etc? Must be an expert on a few tings, eh?

With the radio there are two ways, I'm pretty good with their music trivia contests, so I tend to win a lot. I've won so often that now I only play when there is a prize I really want. Crazy.
The other way for radio is to become friends with the djs. They post their email addresses so I started emailing, commenting, asking questions. Sooner or later they start to recognize you. It's not 'fake' friendship thing either, I do like them.
Guess I need to get TV next (but I used to be on tv, really) so it's less of a draw.
As for no direct link.... illusion of privacy.
