Muhahaha...

It's that time of year again folks, Halloween has struck (well, it will strike tomorrow, but you get the idea), and I have put together this spooky Halloween blog. Actually, this is part one, and the second part will be posted tomorrow, with a spooky horror movie countdown, my favourite Halloween monster, and well, some other stuff. It's just a bit of fun, so I'll get cracking, should I? Enjoy.

Top 5 Spooky Games

5: Resident Evil

The PS1 started out with easy, colourful, family games. But then, Resident Evil burst onto the scene. The scary, atmospheric mansion you roam around in, with your fellow friends. The first time you saw that horrid zombie, which burst out on you like an exploding firework, making you pause the game and get your head around the sheer horror of what you saw. You then fight the zombie, which didn't take allot of hammering, but I will never remember that moment. Ever.

4: Bioshock

3: Doom 3

Sure, you couldn't hold a flashlight and a gun at once, but that's what made Doom 3 what it is today, an iconic, scary as hell First Person Shooter. Your in a dark area, holding your flashlight with the tips of your fingers, then suddenly the most ugliest, freakish monster jumps out on top of you. You quickly change to your gun, and shoot into the darkness, only to be attacked from behind, and die. Iconic, play it for yourself, and see how scary that is. First time, anyway.

2: F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin

1: Dead Space

Now, I never expected such a scary game. Most modern games don't scare me, or other gamers around the world. But Dead Space was, and still is, the scariest game to date. It's atmospheric corridors, it's crazy aliens, that you must fight and shoot to survive. The iconic, memorable boss fights, the sounds and visual scares. Everything was stunning. EVERYTHING.

Your Halloween

What are you doing for Halloween? I'm 19, so I won't be going out Trick "R" Treating, but I have planned a romantic meal for me and my girlfriend, complete with Pumpkin candles, and a lovely orange cake to follow. Spooky, eh? Then, we are going to watch two movies, The Evil Dead, and Casino Royale, because we both love Casino Royale, the best bond. And it's on Bluray, so that is even better! So, I want to know what you guys are doing for Halloween! Comment below at your will. Muhahaha.

Scary Picture 1

Anyone seen The Evil Dead? Well, you should if you love a gory scare or too. Just look at that ugly creature, scares the hell out of me even now! *Will The Evil Dead be on my horror movie countdown tomorrow? You'll just have to wait and see.

Coming Tomorrow...

Tomorrow, on Halloween it's self, I'll be doing a spooky horror movie countdown from ten, my favourite Halloween moster, another scary picture, Halloween food treats and more. So don't miss it! I urge all other people here on Gamespot to get into the Halloween mood, and post there own Halloween blog, today or tomorrow! I'd love to read them...

Nice blog to match the time of year. Dead Space is so scary I couldn't carry on playing, it was turning me into a nervous wreck! BioShock isn't so much scary, but it does have a few moments that make you jump!

Hey, nice blog ground I did a Halloween special of what movies to watch . Anywho I love Bioshock and it is very "creepy" and crazy even tho probably alot of people do not look at it that way. Dead Space is just amazing I mean that game defines fear for this generation since RE5 was a big let down for me personally as I am a huge RE fan since the PS1 .

I haven't played any of those games. I have played Doom 1 & 2, and RE4 though.
I'll be taking my kids out tomorrow. It's supposed to be warm, but it may be raining

I have seen the Evil Dead movies; a lot of fun they are.

I remember BioShock was scary at first, but after you play through it a couple of times, it's not as frightenging. Dead Space however scared me to death, I honestly didn't play it for months because I was so afraid.
