indeed 2stone and 2 months later i decided ima go back to obxing i spose i miss the smell of the gym i added 2 stone in muscle i am now 13 stone muhahaahha if you look through my old posts you will see a pic of me well im big there but bigger now its just when i get back ima be hella slow =(
