Today started out as any other monday.
Waking up early, dreading school, the normal.
But today was anything but ordinary...
We get into school today and wait in the cafeteria until we can go back to our clases, but when the time to go came we could not leave the cafeteria. People were stuck in their cars not allowed to enter the building and no one knows what is going on.
The teachers are in the cafeteria as well, and if you ask one of them what is going on they either say, "I don't know" or "Don't worry everything will be okay."
Rumors of gas leaks and hostage situations spread like wildfire, as we wait for another half hour. "Maybe it's a Zombie attack." "Genocide!" "Genetic mutation diseases!" Are also jokingly tossed around as possible reasons for being stuck in the cafeteria.
Then we are moved to the gymnasium, where someone got a hold of their parents and heard "bomb threat". Cell phones are whipped out of pockets and parents are called. Everyone is kinda freaking out.
Another half hour of trying to figure out what was going on until the principal makes an announcement.
Apparently there was a bomb threat, for last friday... A message was left on a teachers voicemail, a teacher who was sick on friday... The message was unheard until this morning... Fire departments police officers and other authorites came to sweep the school, but nothing was found.
We are now on a one hour delay schedule for the day, and although everything has been deemed fine, there is still this erie calmness around, that is kinda freaky.
.... I just can't wait to go home ...
A friend of mine was diagnosed with cancer about 14 months ago... Her name is Amanda and she has been fighting so hard to beat this thing, and over the summer she did! She was going to come back to school most likely after the first of the year, I couldn't wait. Don't get me wrong though, Amanda wasn't my Best Friend, she was my friend though, I talked to her and we hung out a few times.
So this week I find out that her cancer is back and it has spread to her brain... she isn't going to make it... they give her a month at the most, but in reality it could just be another week, even just a few days... This has been so hard on my whole group of friends. Me and two others went to visit her at the hospital on Monday and she looked horrible, I'm not gonna lie, it scared me... She was hooked up to oxygen and on so many pain killers that she didn't even know we were there...
What this has done to my school is kinda well amazing. Everyone is doing so much to try and help, raise money for her family and such. In just under 4 hours of a bake sale we earned over $544, mostly in donations.
Today someone said that she died last night... I really hope this isn't true... I'm still at school and have no idea at the moment. I'm supposed to go out of town this weekend, and I'm not sure if I can... I have kind of accepted that fact, but many of my friends haven't and I almost feel I need to be here for them...
So please if you are reading this, pray to whatever you believe in for Amanda's family. It would be much appreciated!

So as I promised here is the blog about the Danny Phantom rally in LA! I arrived at the rally site around 8:30 in the morning we set up and this is what the basic area looked like:

But of course most of you guys really don't care about this, you are just here for what happened at 10:00 when the amazing talented sweet DAVID KAUFFMAN graced us with his presence! David was great, he signed autographs, told stories, took pictures, spent two hours with some rabid fans, and even brought us Sprinkles cupcakes! Here are the pictures!:

David was extremely generous and nice. He was also very appreciative for what we were doing! He said he was going to send an email to the entire cast about it! He had also recieved an email from Rob Paulsen (Jack, The Box Ghost, Technus, etc) saying that he wished he could have been there.
I do have some videos but I have run out of time to upload those. BUT I WILL GET THEM I PROMISE!!!!!

All in all the rally was a complete success! The Californian's where really nice and -drumroll-
we got 1254 signatures on our petitions!!!!!!
