I just finished Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, it is really probably the greatest book ive ever read, everything you were confused about, any questions you had, all of them were answered in an extremely dramatic and suspenseful ending.

My biggest beef with the story is that the epilogue just isn't really fulfilling, it doesn't really give you a feeling of satisfaction and a conclusion to the story. Its just kind of like, "kk thanks for reading, bai" I really hope that the movie counterpart can live up to what half of what this book was, it was simply fantastic. I compare it to Star Wars, because you felt like you went on the journey with them, as they progressed and matured, and when it was over, you couldn't believe it and you didn't want it to be over. I give Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows a 9.8 / 10. The epilogue isn't huge to the story but it just made me feel empty and that the series wasn't really over.

Yeah, I finished it on Sunday.

I agree COMPLETELY.

The epilogue was pretty much crap.
But the book leading up to it was the best in the series.

It is in now way the best book I've ever read, but I've read a LOT of books.
If you want recommendations, don't hesitate to ask.

But, yeah, it was great.
