so, i've had a few days with my nex xbox so i decided to do an impressions blog.

first things first, the bad, you know how i am, i like to get the bad stuff out of the way as quickly as possible lol

first let me say the system is very loud almost as loud as a PC with a old fan, of course, it's not to loud, i can still play and listen to my games, especially if you got the volume turned way up.

getting the system online was a pain in the ass too, since i got an arcade, i don't have a hard drive, or an online adapter, but being a current gen system i would think needing to buy adapter's to be crazy,every system should have online right out of the box, with no help from adapters. but worse yet, they are trying to make you pay 100 dollars for on stupid adapter. of coarse i bought a cheaper, third party one, but even that was way more expensive than i wanted, i wanted to buy something other than an adapter, like a hard drive or another controller, but i couldn't cause it was too damn expensive.

also, the hard drive are too expensive as well. for 120 bucks i could by a 500 or 600 gig ps3 hard drive, but can only get a 60 gig for the 360....wtf.

BUT, after all this complaining i have to say, it's a quite nice system, it's got good games and i'm having fun. it has a great online system(although i don't see whats so great about the gold membership, doesn't see to do much more than the ps3, and 50 bucks a year isn't what i would pay for a slightly better online experience)

IF you got a few hundred bucks to spare, and wouldn't mind having some of those xbox exclusives, i'd say get the pro, or elite, as it stands the arcade is just setting you up to get ripped off. lol
