Every day I see rabid fanboys laugh at sony and the PS3, but read this. Coming from an expert like me this is a worthwhile read:
Sony isn't losing, no not by a long shot let me elaborate for you.
Now, Sony planned this all along, they planned to have poor launch games. but why? To make way for blu-ray.
PS3
sold out at launch and owners are justifying their purchase by buying
Blu Ray movies with the lack of games what else can they do. Blu-Ray is
giving HD-DVD quite a beating in sales, recent studies show that PS3
owners on average have 6 blu-ray movies per console.
Can't you see Sony done this on purpose to feed you the blu-ray and you never guess what its working.
On the games side of things well guys say Hi to the best console ever made:
Its
outselling the 360 in sales, recently its been beating the 360 in games
like, Okami, Bully, and the new FF. Not to mention GOTY 07 GoW2. Its
beats it in graphics with Shadow of the colossus and Okami.
Basically Sony are not as behind as you think they are, they are actually masters why do you think they are still cocky?

are masterminds and have got you all cracked, my brief honeymoon with
Nintendo is over. Its time to me to get me a PS3 blow the dust of my
PS2 and watch movies to my hearts content. By 2008 ill be the one
laughing when the 360 has lost all of its exclusives to the PS3 and the
Wii is a lame fad with graphics rivaling the PSP

Iam a pure gamer. Iam no fanboy. I have a open mind when it comes to gaming. Iam one of the FIRST people to EVER play a game. My knowlage is wide and strong. Overall iam a nice genuine person and i really see no point in fanboys.

I thought it was weird that you went all sheep like that, hehe. Well I guess that sony's got a game plan they are trying to stick with and that being tha when no games are out at all people will instead buy blu-ray movies instead.
and yea the PS2 is probably the best console made but that doesn't necessarily mean its gonna translate over to the PS3
I also wouldn't have thought that a gaming historian such as yourself would've been so short sighted in saying that the Wii's graphics rival the PSPs, tsk, tsk, tsk

Wow, well for the record I have met the sony team, yes Phil Harrison and the crew, I know what they are like. They are cunning. they can afford to lose ground witht e PS3 becuase the PS2 is still going strong.
Now this had an affect on blu-Ray as you can see its winning so are sony so stupid after all? Hell no. They are still kings of the hill and it will stay that way.

Fanboy talk. If you are the 'gaming historian' you say you are you must be pretty old. So you should have no excuse for the amount of grammatical errors in your Final Fantasy 7 review, which by the way, was hilarious. That aside your comment "Coming from an expert like me this is a worthwhile read"

well to be honest I dropped my old PS2 down the stairs and no it wasn't intentional. Its kinda cool though but it does have a power brick.

Aren't you a fanboy though? You state you're a "gaming historian", you hate Nintendo like hell even though they resurrected the gaming industry, you keep saying that line "I state FACTS and only FACTS" when no one here in Gamespot states ONLY facts, and you're spelling techniques are terrible. In what way are you NOT a fanboy?

Nintendo didn't come close to saving the industry, they saved gaming in NA thats it, nintendo are overated they didn't invent or save the industry, thats what I have been trying to prove all along.

In terms of the PS2 (I assume the picture you posted is of a PS2, because my computer doesn't let me view the picture for some reason), Shadow of the Colossus and Okami have better graphics artistically. Technologically, the 360 kicks its ass.
