I've seen a few people that had it by now and I checked the recommendation thread(you can find it at the updates of the forums) for people there. I also recommended the person who deserved it the most. I'm sure I was right cause I was the 5th person to recommend him 
. Myself I can only dream of getting that emblem since I think none of my reviews are good enough. The only review I'm a bit proud of is my D2: LOD review but even that doesn't reach the level of the great reviewers that roam this site.

lol I'm addicted to emblems. Doesn't the fact that I stay up till 1 am to get the live event emblems even thought the live events don't interest me say enough

It says under the rules that you are allowed to recommend yourself, I don't understand why everyone is getting all upset about people recommending themselves when they said at the start that you can!

Yeah I know it's allowed and I don't blame anyone for doing that. It's just that I think you shouldn't. For example one guy said he read a review of someone that made him buy a game that he liked. that's a good reason to recommend someone. But if you write a review yourself alot of people think of their own review to be great even though it's not (this has nothing to do with any of you in particular, I know you write nice reviews).

Yeah i think it's a much better way of getting them, although certainly not full-proof, if nobody nominates the best reviewers then how can they get the emblem....
