I don't know when in the near future I'll be doing this, but soon I will be getting rid of the account named gbarules2999 and making a new one. I might ask a mod to delete this one.

The reasoning is mostly that I've been using this name for a good seven years, even since the GBA came out. I was young back then. I wrote some pretty dumb things. The bad thing about the internet is that it's still there; I realized this after googling my username.

I'm also sick of the thing. the GBA does rule, to be sure, but I'll be the first to say it's kind of a dumb name and that it's given me a little bit of angst over the years. Well, angst is a little strong, but you get the idea. And when I tell people my e-mail, oftentimes it makes no sense to them. I've never liked that name much.

So I'm going to take down all the reviews that I'm proud of and start over again. I'll still be on, I'll still blog, I'll still review, I'll still do whatever, I just won't be gbarules2999 any more.

Dumb name. This isn't supposed to be a dramatic moment or anything, but it's kind of sounding like it. Oy.

So what should I call myself instead? I've also been known as Sceptre X and Iendicis on other forums.
