On Friday October 27th I was told that a friend of mine was shot, and killed on July 12th he was 18. This murder marked the 66th murder this year for boston, and it just keeps getting worse. I feel like crap because I was the last to know. People get killed here for absolutley nothing. I remember when I met him during a summer school session during my sophmore year of high school. What I was gettin at is Do you think that people are becoming more and more influenced by by gangsta rap because it seems that people in boston are only killing because they have nothing to do.

Sorry about your friend. Yes I think current Hip-Hop and gangsta rap is a significant factor.

Damn.....Man, sorry to hear that. Stuff like this happens a lot....It seems almost, unavoidable. At one time, or another, it seems like this type of crime will reach all of us. All we can do, is hope, that it stops one day.
