are those from home or were you out and about when someone snapped a picture of you? I used to have long hair like that.....but it's short now and I'm struggling with trying to grow it out

That is a picture from a Easter cook out, my aunt my made take it. I hate having my picture took but, I thought this one turned out ok.The flower is out of my moms flower bed it is one of the prettiest flowers I think I've ever seen.
