Things have been somewhat slow lately, but the holidays are on the way so now is a good time for some predictions. Not to be taken too seriously, these are some of my GS score predictions:

-X360-

Gears of War 2 9.5 | Fable 2 9.0 | Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts 8.0

-Wii-

Animal Crossing 9.0 | Tales of Symphonia 2 8.0 | Wario Land: Shake It 7.5

-PS3-

Resistance 2 9.0 | Little Big Planet 9.0

-Multi Platform-

Left 4 Dead 8.0 | Far Cry 2 8.5 | Fallout 3 9.0 | Mirror's Edge 7.5

Saints Row 7.5 | Star Wars:tFU 7.5 | Call of Duty:WaW 8.5 | Dead Space 7.0

Obviously nothing too radical. GS is hard to understand sometimes. Some games they'll pick apart and be really critical, but then other games that have similar flaws they're like "omg best game! critical acclaim! 10/10!!!" Oh well, I guess that's probably a result of having different reviewers.

GOTY Candidates:

There's always the chance that a game like Fable 2 or LBP might be better than they look, but in my opinion it comes down to 3 games...GTA IV, MGS4, Gears 2.

I think MGS4 will get GOTY. I might not agree with that, but that's my prediction.

Games I want:

After seeing more in-depth coverage of the games I wanted, some things have shifted. These are the games I would pick if I could only choose 10 games for the rest of the year...

What are your top 3 games for the rest of the year?

Well, I played through the 360 demo for Force Unleashed today. Overall I was fairly impressed. The game has slick graphics and a solid control scheme. I couldn't help but think, "Why, oh why didn't they use controls like this for Too Human?" while playing.

I wish they had a storage device for the Wii so I could test out how well the Wiimote controls work. I'm still on the fence concerning whether to get this for the Wii or 360. Currently I'm leaning towards getting the 360 version of Force Unleashed and going with Lightsaber Duels for the Wii. I'll probably just rent the Wii version of FU when it comes out.

Anyway, it was a short demo, but it solidified my intention of buying it.

I was kind of bored so I decided to try to make a top 10 favorite games of all time list. A top 10 games list will tell you a lot about a person, so now I will stop squawkin' and reveal my inner being. It was hard, but I think I've decided on the following:

10- Defender of the Crown | Amiga 2000

There it is. I tried to pick games that I actually enjoyed and played the most. There were some great ones that I had to cut out of the list, and it was hard not to put 5 Mario games on there, but I did it.
