In other news, our desktop got some dumb Trojan Horse virus, and every time my dad tries to restore the computer it gets screwed up. So all our data (and those movies that took forever to download) could be gone forever.
Lastly, this summer went by way too damn fast. Faster than any summer I can remember. Thankfully I don't have a huge workload this coming semester, so maybe I can get that job I was first planning on getting about 7 months ago...
So how did everyone's summer go? I didn't do too much. Just a vaction resort, week-long camp, white water rafting and one trip to the beach. With LOTS of Bully: Scholarship Edition in between. (man, is it a good game.) Everyone else?
Yesterday, that is. Yeah, the blogs were down. But how about that?
Man, I haven't posted a blog in a long time. Sorry, (to the two people reading this) I guess I sort of just lost interest in the site. Quick gaming update: I bought Okami, played it, and it was amazing. Despite the slightly screwy controls ya don't completely get used to, I was completely addicted to it and played almost 50 hours of the first play-through. Then I moved on to finishing No More Heroes and I've gotta say, really fun, Henry is tough to beat, and for those who haven't finished the game, the plot gets crazy and confusing, especially if you look up the slowed-down dialogue of one of the last bosses. I've also been working on completing the single player modes in Brawl and the second play-through of Mario Galaxy. Also my brother and I rented Bully on the Wii, and we're planning on buying in. A lot of the character dialogue's pretty funny.
I also asked for Phantom Hourglass for my birthday, and while I'm a little less skeptical, I can't yet say whether I like it or not because my DS ran out of power and I don't have the charger for it. What more frustrating is that I've gone to at least three stores and none of them had it, so I'm gonna have to order one online. I also bought Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword and I'm planning on getting the Wii vesion of Geometry Wars Galaxies.
Oh, and by the way, I'm 17 now. So if my dad ever does buy that 360 (provided that I get accepted for a job), I could buy GTA IV myself. Yay?
Well that's all for now, later!
Sorry I didn't post this sooner. It's just that I've been busy with schoolwork and playing- well, you know. Plus I've sorta been neglecting this site for a while. Sorry for all you who just frantically check the site every day for a blog post from me.
Anyway, my friend code is 5370-0081-2730
I usually only get to play on Fridays and weekends (or dayshenthere's no school, like holidays.) If you wanna send pictures/videos/stages I need your Wii number also. Mine's in my profile.
