Should i just only go up 4% on level 22

it seems im only gaining max 5% sofar though level 22 is this right lol i thought it would be more

Check out this topic for some info regarding levelling. Just a little snippet regarding your case.

Level 19: 09%
Level 20: 02%
Level 21: 06%
Level 22: 06%
Level 23: 06%
Level 24: 05%
Level 25: 05%

You should be able to gain 6% a day, so something is up. Maybe it's just harder to gain exp at this level?
