Saving Private Ryan is my favorite war film. Tom Hanks does a superb job at acting as squad leader, Captain John H. Miller, of a American squad.. The film also stars some well known actors such as Vin Diesel, Matt Damon and Adam Goldberg.

The film takes place during World War II. Its about a squad of American soldiers who set out across Germany to find another American soldier called Private James Francis Ryan. They need to get him as he is going home because all his other brothers died fighting in the war.

Its a classic film and shouldn't be missed.

A movie for all the family. Its funny, exciting and unusual!
