Wow, I get a lot of questions regarding how games perform on my system. Well, here is a quick rundown of everything I am playing, with performance analysis.
1. Half-Life 2: Runs very well in DX 8.1 mode at 1152x864 with everything on high (no AA, no AF) with steady 35-40 FPS. Same for Counter-Strike: Source.
2. Halo PC: Can be choppy. I run it at 1024x768 with most everything on medium. This could be due to the fact that Halo is a terrible port.
3. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: Runs great at 1280x1024 with everything else left at default settings. Looks good, sounds good, etc. Not choppy.
4. Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast: 1600x1200 everything on maximum, doesn't even whimper. Looks smooth and fast. Actually, looks just dang awesome.
5. Tiger Woods 2004: Maxed out 1600x1200. Runs smooth as silk. Looks great, no problems.
6. Links 2003: Also maxed out. No problems.
7. Serious Sam: The Second Encounter: 1600x1200 Ultra-High graphics everything on looks awesome runs smooth. Very nice.
8. Half-Life 1 + Opposing Force + Blue Shift: All run smooth as silk at 1600x1200, with the HD pack installed (doubles the model polygons). No surprise here, just threw it in because I was actually surprised at how awesome it looked.
9. Ghost Recon: 1600x1200 Maxed out. Awesome. Man, some of these older games can really look good at their maximums. It's astonishing.
There you have it. Keep in mind I overclocked my 5700LE heavily (400 core, 430 memory) because at stock these performance options were not possible. My processor/Motherboard/Ram however are all at default (stock) settings.
Any questions?

What's your name in CS:Source, I'll add you to my friends list (if I ever figure that out), and you'll see I'm not as good as I thought, I'm a solid mid-range player.
But what's really strange about those FPS is in Halo, I used to run it on my old (I'm sure I've told you this) 500mhz PIII with a Geforce MX 440 128mb and 256mb of RAM, at 800x600 with like 50 fps... I wonder if it was running in DX7 mode, but I didn't think Halo had that option.
