Way back in June I watched the Tonys from a cabin in the middle of the woods where I was on vacation. I'm really happy for In The Heights, the winner of the Best Musical Tony 2008. I think it's really cool that it has gone to a really different show in the past few years and their performance was very original. Whoopi Goldberg proved to be a good host, especially with her cameos in different musicals. She appeared in Spamalot, A Chorus Line, and (my personal favorite) Spring Awakening, and probably a few others. I was kind of disappointed that The Seafarer didn't get Best Play, but August: Osage County was my second favorite. I love Daniel Radcliffe! He seemed so much older than he did in the last Harry Potter movie, but I guess that comes with the territory of being completely nude onstage in Equus (hey, that means Horse! I love LATIN!!!) Okay, I'd better quit while I'm behind because this is by far the most disjointed blog entry ever...Sleep well and just say no. I don't care what the question is; just say no.
