I really loved the dreamcast. One of the best systems ever. Its unfortunate that its fate was sealed by being only half of a generation (although if i've got anything to say about it its more like 3/4 of a gen) of a game system. It was sadly sandwiched in between ps1 + n64 & ps2 and xbox. and obviously sales were crushed by ps2. But nonetheless, some of the greatest games ever came out on that system. Sadly i had to go from there to xbox for lack of a better option. ok , ps2 was legendary, i just hate playstation in general, and gamecube sucked anus.
regardless of the sad demise of dreamcast, i still think sega should get back in the console race. They would find many loyal fans waiting. I wont camp out for a ps3 or wii, but i surely would for a new sega system. Please, please, sega, give us another one.
Dreamcast was like the apple mac to playstation's pc. We need that awesomness back again.

it was only recently thati discovered the ultimate rap song... 2livecrew's banned in the usa. of course that may be because i've a fondness for springsteen's born in the usa. great ode to the working class man. anyway, i find it quite a fitting song for the end of the greats... kctree, bananach, bentheidiot, etc. hmm, they shall return - "i won't be banned in the usa".
but speaking of springsteen, manfred man's version of his BLinded by the light is excelllent. got hooked on that after watching the cinematic adventure BLOW- depp is a legend.
