I took a trip to my local GameStop today, to buy a copy of World of Warcraft. I know I'm late getting into the game. I had heard all of the stories of its addictive nature, and decided that it might be best to steer clear. Worked like a charm, until a couple of weekends ago, when I got bored and decided to download the trial version.
Hey, guess what? That's right, addictive.
Today I decided that I could ignore its siren song no longer. I went and bought a copy of my own. Since my husband will be out tonight, it'll be the perfect time to get some questing in. Anywho, I decided that I would also pick up a copy of Puzzle Quest, since it hit the low, low price of $20. The prefect opportunity to pick up a copy of my very own, after enjoying the demo version for so long.
So I grabbed my copy, and was just about to head to the counter when I spotted it: A used copy of Phantom Hourglass. So close to the launch date! Huge! Of course, I snagged it, and my glee at my score was multiplied tenfold when I got to the counter, and the guy who rang up my purchase saw the copy of Hourglass, and was totally bummed that he hadn't spotted it when it came in. I love getting a deal.
I've played about a half hour of Hourglass so far, and I don't know why whoever had it sold it. It's really fun! It's my first Zelda game, and I'm already enjoying it immensely.
Well, I'm off to enjoy my RPG night.
