So I was strolling through my local discount super-conglomerate. I was in the media department, looking for a CD (which they didn't have), when my eyes fell upon a big rack of video games on sale. I sifted through the DS games, and came upon their one and only copy of Brain Age. It's been on my wish list for quite some time. I figured, what the heck, and brought it home with me. I hadn't bought a new DS game since I bought the system back in May. I was due.

Sudoku, you guys. Seriously.

I've never played sudoku before. It was just a bunch of numbers, and the rules seemed obscure, and it just didn't make any sense to me. The way that it worked actually seemed pretty simple once explained, and I tried my hand at it and did pretty well. And so went the next four hours. Sudoku game after sudoku game.

I haven't played in about 3 hours, and I'm starting to get the shakes.

Did you guys know how addictive this stuff is? It's puzzle crack!

PUZZLE CRACK!!!!!

I know what you mean!! I got into Sudoku when I picked it up in the paper all of a sudden for no reason. Then I got the little books and kept playing....It IS puzzle crack, I know it!!!

Have fun with Brain Age! I've always wanted to play that game!

Good to hear from you again effkay; It's been a while. Sudoku has also become pretty popular in this country in the last few years (I used to play a little myself, though I've since weaned myself off the puzzle crack ).

enix_friend: It depends on the day, of course, but it averages about age 30. I can live with that.

queen: Yes I did! I thought that would be a fun thing to do, cutting them so that it looks like one continuous image. It took a couple of tries, but I finally got it right. *lol*

I can pass into the void peacefully now, I never thought I would ever see "puzzle crack". I totally agree with how you feel about good puzzle games- When a puzzle game is good it is very very good.
