I'm ashamed to say that I have never seen either but because Lord Of The Rings was made in Lil old NZ I'm going to say Lord Of The Rings.

tough question. i love both of them but not counting star wars episodes 1 to 3 and only just the original episodes 4 to 6, star wars wins with a slight headstart.
