I have the four ppl required for the hardcore nintendo union, but i would really like a safety net of two starting officers, especially if they know how to use photoshop for a banner. Please help and a gree to be an officer!!!

so i just got a sig and banner. The banners fine ,only because i dont know how do do lots of things required for a nice one. But damn, my sig is nice!!! what do you guys think?
