Ship every PS3 with a headset -- I'm glad that the system doesn't come with a headset. This way I don't have to put up with hearing idiots all of the time. Plus, when you think about it, most games don't need a headset to know what's going on.

Better online presence -- The ability to compare trophies has been doable for quite some time.

Yeah someone else pointed that out. I meant when using the website you can't send messages or compare trophies. You have to be on the PS3 to do so.

I like your points. I especially like the idea of back-adding trophies to older games. I already beat Resistance Fall of Man and I still only have 14 trophies on the PS3. I would also really like to see the trophy system spread over to the PSP as well. That way, you can feed into one trophy level from both PS3 and PSP. That would be the killer app in my opinion.
