I also played Gears of War 2 and it was a fun game. I only did it on normal... but still enjoyed it alot!

I'm trying to still get through gear 1 on insane let alone gears 2.

Of the games you've played in April, I also play WoW, I didn't know you played it. But I see your main is Alliance "starts to ignore Duncan" 
My Main is a Tauren druid although I have a hard time to say "ok, this is my main" because I like my Tauren hunter as much as I like my druid.
I started Valkyrie Profile : Lenneth a (long) while ago and like you said, it's different than most RPGs, I must admit I wasn't really impressed by it.
