Anyhow.I really don't understand why it wasn't released after all. The piracy/warez thing isn't that un-common for our days (remember "don't copy that floppy" ?) that totaly made and prepared for release game would be canceled in fear that people will be able to get it for free. I mean EVERY freakin' game ever released is or was on internet for free, and it's not like they achieved something after all: i have a pretty real cd's with it and i have no doubt that there is some other people around that could have it too.
And the fact that this game is actually the peak of all Tony Hawk's franchise games makes the fact even more stupid. While graphics aren't bad they don't show anything more then needed and sound/music is as always good and filled with variety of tracks from different genres, what it really makes you tick is story. It is decent and has real characters and connected events/maps more then Bam-Ified THUG2. Story starts with young lad witch you can make just like you. Through the body of your digital copy you will try to stand up in the world of skating: impress the stars, do sick combos for videos , get sponsored, make your own trick and deserve to make a deck. While you "walk your path" you get into quarrel with what seemed to be your best friend yesterday, and rival today. Defeating him slowly becomes a main objective of the game.
So,by any means THUG1>THUG2 and i'm really sorry for everyone who can't enjoy it only because doubts of success or fear of piracy. It really would be a good sell for them...
