Sarah Michelle Gellar is an actress that seems to be able to play any part (either in a movie or on the small screen) with total perfection.

The first time I became aware of Sarah was after I started watching Buffy, where she has the lead role. I thought then that her acting skills were fantastic, being able to show the full range of emotions while doing a double backflip to dust a vampire, is just ore inspiring. She added a much needed, strong female presence to the show, and inturn, to the world of TV.

I have also seen her star in the movie "Grudge" which is a horror with supernatural edge. Again Sarah delivered a performance that was just amazing - you could see every bit of fear and tension in her eyes, and her voice trembled with fear with 100% conviction. Truely fantastic.

Sarah has also starred in the films "Cruel Intentions" and "Scooby Doo" (amongst others), all which again show how versitile she is as an actress, adding to each one with either sex appeal, comedy timing or as an all out action hero.

Sarah is truely remarkable actress who deserves a long and successful career... which I would follow with interest.

Eliza is an actress that has a sex appeal and a certain look that really works well on the small screen. Her acting has an edge about it that makes it exciting and very watchable. I love the way she almost overshadows everyone else on screen at the same time as her.

In Buffy, I though she demonstrated her all round ability, but it wasn't untill she starred as Tru (in Tru Calling), that she really shinned. Her character gave her so much scope to work with, yet she attacked the role and gave it a style and presence that really worked.

Eliza is also an actress that can handle more extreme rolls. In the film "Wrong Turn" she again demonstrated that she was comfortable in heavy action rolls, and although the film was not brilliant, Eliza made it worth watching.

A great actress that I hope to see on the box again very soon.

I have seen Paris in only two shows, the Simple Life and the House of Wax and I can honestly say that I have still never seen her acting abilities.

The Simple Life is just a fly-on-the-wall series that allows Paris to be herself - a wealthy kid that finds herself in unusual situations (for her anyway), but can use her sex appeal and some quick talking to makes a watchable light hearted TV show.

In the House Of Wax, again all Paris has to say is a couple of lines, that when done sounds unconvincing, then run around for the next 10 minutes in her bra and pants before being killed off!

In all, as an actress I do not really rate her, but after her success in the infamous porn film, a sexy look and a strong name to ride on, you can understand why she is popular with casting agents and directors.

Elisha Cuthbert has everything that a show needs, she's got a great acting style, great personality, sex appeal and is a natural on the screen.

Elisha Cuthbert has everything that a show needs, she's got a great acting style, great personality, sex appeal and is a natural on the screen.

I first saw her in the top US show 24, where she played Kim, one of the lead characters. I personally thought she played the role with perfection. Her personer and viberance on screen was just what the show needed. I also thought she was fantastic during the action scenes, which is an area that normaly lets lesser actors down.

I have also seen her in the film "House of Wax" where again she excelled. The scripting of this film was not brilliant, but Elisha still managed to make the film a massive success with shear talent. Her sex appeal also stood up against the ever popular Paris Hilton who co-starred in the same film. Again it was the more extreme scenes that most actors shy away from, that Elsiha excelled at. Her emotions and pains there for all to see, and they seemed realistic, and convinced the viewer (well, me anyway), that she was feeling the situation she finds herself in.

Surely Elisha is one of the best actresses around at the moment. If I was making a film, she would be at the top of my list for the leading lady without a second thought.
