Okay, so Christmas has been and gone in the UK now, (It's 01:22am) so I though i'd tell you of my christmas game haul. 
I got Beatles rock band Special edition (I payed for a fair amount of this myself because it was on special offer) - Really great game, I love the artworklove the music, love the beatles. This is the only game I've been able to try so far as it's the only family-esque game I got - As a bassist myself I'm loving the hofner guitar controller - really well made.
The other games I got:
Assassins Creed 2
Tekken 6
Dragonball z: Raging Blast
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 (I was not expecting this, in fact what I had originally planned to get from my parents was Tekken 6, Assassins creed 2 and MUA2 - but after I saw Beatles rock band on special offer I struck a deal with them to go half on it, my sister's boyfriend surprised me with this awesome gift 
)
So I'll be busy for quite a while, heh.
How was Christmas for anyone else?

Super Smash Brothers Brawl was great, but hey it's starting to date now and it's got me thinking about who I'd like to see in the next game. Snake and Sonic were great additions but I'd have loved to see more third party characters. So here is my top ten choices for the next game: Not necessarily likely, but I tried to choose ones who could potentially fit in the series.
10. Croc
Arguably my most obscure choice is my all-time favourite Childhood anthropomorphic Crocodile - Croc! Not much to say about this character in terms of special ability, he can only really run, jump and stomp on things but hey! I know a certain Italian plumber who started out the same.
9. Ryu
Me placing this character so low on this list isn't a sign that I don't like him but I hear that he's already in a successful fighting game series- and well, that's just cheating. It's everybody's favourite fire-ball throwing - gi wearing - kung fu expert. Ryu!
8. Lara Croft
Hey look it's Angeli- Oh wait. Every teenage boys favourite video game character- Lara Croft.

Dante, the demon slaying grey haired son of Sparda from the Devil May Cry series would add some awesome to the series. Don't you think?
6. Rockman/Megaman
If Japanese canon wielding robotic kids are your thing try Megaman/Rockman today!
5. Cloud
"Hey guys, you know what would be awesome, if Cloud from final fantasy 7 was in super smash bros!". I can hear...fanboys...everywhere...
4. Jak and Daxter
Back in the days before he went emo and starting hanging out with the wrong crowd of course. Daxter can come too.
3. Spyro
Scaley and fire-breating, just like my ex, it's Spyro!
2. Rayman
Who says not having arms and legs is a hindrance? Also he can fly- with his ears! How awesome is that? (the answer is very)
1. Crash Bandicoot
Okay here it is, my all time favourite choice! Spinning and collecting weird apple-like things and masks has never been so cool! Crash Bandicoot takes top spot. And what's important is he's not bob and bub.
