While I do need to get back playing Super Metroid, Secret of Mana, and Resident Evil 4; I've been playing quite a lot on my 360 and getting a little addicted to the achievements.

About two weeks ago, Best Buy had a sale on quite a few games, several I bought, including: Ninja Gaiden 2, The Simpsons, and Turok; all of which were $10 a piece.

Turok was the first game I beat and, wow, was it tough due to the lack of save points. Rarely do I get frustrated with shooters, but this was one of them. Sure, I was impressed with the graphics, but it gave me no real reason to ever play it again. So I ended up selling it to EBGames; I got $6 store credit, so I only lost $4, which isn't too bad.

The Simpsons was a surprise. Not only was it pretty fun, but pretty funny as well. I haven't laughed at a video game in a long while (although, the Sam and Max episodes do come to mind). I'm actually going to keep this game. Why? Mainly due to the fact that it can be played co-op off-line, which I miss from so many games.

I knew I was buying Turok and The Simpsons, more or less, because of the price and they were only a few dollars more than actually renting them; however, the game I was most interested in was Ninja Gaiden 2, which I have finally started. So far, Ninja Gaiden 2 isn't as hard as Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox, but I think I like the slightly less difficulty. The only thing I don't like is the fact that gamer score has taken away from unlockables within the game and if you have played Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox, then you'll know that the original games were unlockable (Ninja Gaiden Black only had the original title, while Ninja Gaiden had 1, 2 and 3), so finding the crystal skulls seem pointless. If I do happen to come across a crystal skull, then I'll still try to obtain it, but I'm not going out of my way just to find them all.
