Ok before you start with the usual "Uwe Boll sucks, Video game adaptations always suck, etc" give me a chance to explain. It is a rare occasion that I find myself utterly flabbergasted by a movie. You know what I am talking about...those movies that are so bad that they turn the world upside down and become good. Well I found another movie like this last night and that was Postal. A friend of mine loaned me his DVD and said I could have it if I wanted too. This movie did a great good job of failing hard enough & ruined careers permanently to be a good movie. Postal is of course based off the video game, I am pretty sure the game caused enough controversy that we all know about it by now. The acting and line delivery is surprisingly delivered well enough that you can watch it, you know it's not taking itself seriously and taking itself seriously at the same time like the Resident Evil movies. Top it off with some low budget awesome FX along with some semi creative violence and this movie easily became a winner. The story has 3 different things going on, to sum it up one is about "The Postal Guy" getting a welfare check, a church trying to start a war to end the world & the last involves Bin Laden trying to declare Jihad. Verne Troyer (Mini me) get's raped by a monkey...just thought I'd throw that in there If you want a odd movie you and a few friends can sit around and laugh at when you're bored, Postal is that movie. It's an odd movie much like one of my personal favorites Yo-Yo Girl Cop who tries to stop a terrorist organization from strapping bombs to teenagers (I'm serious) with a Yo-Yo as her weapon. Be warned though Postal has full frontal nudity & some pretty gruesome deaths so don't watch while the kids or you're mom is around |

I seriously hate how EA is ruining the industry, I haven't bought a single game from them since they bought the liscense for the sports game. All they are doing is trying to buy all the companies up for the idea that everyone should own one system, they fail to realize competition drives the industry.
I want Rockband and countless other games, but I REFUSE to support a company as evil as them. I'll wait until I find Mercanaries 2 and the future Mass Effect games used, they won't get a dime of my money anymore after this.
Goodbye GTA and all the other great games you've enjoyed from them in the past, EA is about to milk them dry.
