turns out that my 360 just fresh out of the repair center cannot read discs. In other words, i need another repair. Until i send it, i can only play arcade games because those are saved on the hard drive. looks like i'm gonna be playing a lot of Doom in the meantime. Luckily they will fix it for free. And since this is maddeningly inconvenient, they might even give me a free game.

Hey, a free game's a good way of compensating, if you ask me. Hopefully you'll get it back soon, and in proper working order.

Wow, I thought they check it over vigorously. That must be an annoyance having to send it back another time.

How bout they give you a new console? Insist on that otherwise you'll just have to keep sending the same broken down unit over and over again. Either that or just go ahead and buy an Arcade Unit. And if that doesn't work, you could just invest on a brand new PS3 Slim.

scificat they probably will. they do send you a new one if it's damaged enough. i want to get a PS3 anyway. hopefully this christmas. are you still going to get a 360?

I will get one only if MS does a hardware revision, otherwise it is not a priority.
