yes, sadly it's true. i have to get braces. first on the top then on the bottom later. please, anyone who has or has had braces tell me something good about them. i fail to see anything good about them other than the fact that i get straight teeth after two years and then have to wear a retainer for the rest of my life. oh well............. tell my your braces stories in the hopes to make me feel better.

i have braces. just take good care of them. also u dont wear a retainer for the rest of your life

I'm getting them the same day as You!!!! Funny thing, just so happens,.... WERE GOING TO THE SAME ORTHODONTIST AT THE SAME TIME. Oh yeah... WE'RE TWINS!!! Get over it sis. It's braces! Not headgear.

thanx for the words of encouragement. right now i have spacers for the week b4 i get the actual braces on and it hurts like hell!!!!

hey i had braces for 4 years...and it wasnt bad at all!!!!!!! i mean...it kinda sucks not to eat gum...but its cool!!!!!!

Well, i have braces now the good news is they will b off b4 u no it! It felt like i only had them 4 like a month, now i m getting them off in september!!
