I could terraform the moon easily. All I would need is a bucket of water, a few bags of fertilizer and some apple seeds. I'd even have a nice neighborhood complete with a park built in less than 3 years. Of course, land values in the area would start out low since it would need time to gain popularity, so it would mostly be low-income households and/or homeless ppl moving in.
