I've been on GameSpot for a year and I haven't written a blog until now.
Earlier today I was getting a shower and getting ready for college, and my home telephone rang. I ignored the phone and I thought that who ever was calling would leave a voice mail, but then the phone rang again. I thought that this had to be an emergency because they called back to back. So I owned the shower door and put one foot on the floor and then my foot slipped and I began to fall. While I was falling my left hand hit the toilet paper holder and ripped it off the wall, and then my hand got caught on the screws that was holding the toilet paper holder. I pushed myself up off the floor and I seen a pool of blood on the floor and my hand was gashed and bleeding pretty bad.
So I went to the hospital and had to get stitches in my hand. This sucks now because I can't grip the controller because of the stitches and my wrist hurts from falling on it too.

N8A - It was my dad. He called and when it went to voice mail he thought my phone was disconnected (because I kept the default voice mail message) so he called a second time to check.

Wow that sucks. I know what you went through. I was washing these blue glasses exactly like Jerry on seinfeld. I wasn't paying attention and the glass broke and went into my left hand. Went to the hospital and had to get stitches. I couldn't play because the cut was on the joint of my index finger. it was terrible being wii free for two weeks and I just got brawl for my birthday gift. Hope you get better soon.

Wow, it's not even as if the worst of it is over. I'm sorry to hear about your injury. Do you know how long it should take to heal? Are there any plans you would like to do with that extra time that was for gaming? Something like this would probably not that bad for me, since I'll realize I needed a break of my game time (no matter how hard it is), but I really hope you feel better ^_^

Comedy gold. You couldn't make that stuff up. It's the sort of thing you see on TV all the time, making money for the poor unfortunate in the video. Hope your hand healed over ok.

Wow! A blog. Hope your hand is good now but it must have a scar there. Reminds me of what happened to my right hand a couple of years ago and it went across the top of my thumb in the middle part.

Sucks about your hand. Man not being able to hold a controller is one of the worst punishments ever... Hope you heal up soon and get better.
