Blog 3: Visited a Friend and Bought Some SNES Games

Well it's been some time since I blogged anything....Well last Saturday I went up to the mountains of Virginia to visit and old (and good) friend of mine.

While there two great things happened.

(1) The Washington Redskins lost to the Detroit Lions - Any day the Rredskins lose is a great day for a Dallas Cowboy fan also I got to watch the game with my friend who is a Redskin fan.

(2) I bought his SNES and his 46 SNES game collection. Inside that collection was some very good games like:

Donkey Kong Country
Castlevania 4
Mega Man X
Tetris & Dr. Mario
Super R Type
Star Fox
Super Mario All-Stars
Super Punch-Out!
LoZ: A Link to the Past
Breath of Fire 1 & 2
Final Fantasy 2 & 3
Super Mario RPG
Earthbound

Blog 2: My Older Sister and Nephew

I have an older half sister who lives in California, and the last time I seen my older sister was in 1990 when she came down from California for a few weeks during the summer. I was only 5 and she was 15, and I have a few memories about it. I also have a nephew who is 15, who I also haven't seen. The funny thing is my younger brother is 16 (he's only 1 year older than his nephew).

We've kept in touch on the phone for years with them, and now my sister and my nephew is now coming down here to live. This is pretty exciting because I get to see my sister again, but I also get to meet my nephew for the first time! So I can't wait to play some games with him!

My first blog! and an injury

I've been on GameSpot for a year and I haven't written a blog until now.

Earlier today I was getting a shower and getting ready for college, and my home telephone rang. I ignored the phone and I thought that who ever was calling would leave a voice mail, but then the phone rang again. I thought that this had to be an emergency because they called back to back. So I owned the shower door and put one foot on the floor and then my foot slipped and I began to fall. While I was falling my left hand hit the toilet paper holder and ripped it off the wall, and then my hand got caught on the screws that was holding the toilet paper holder. I pushed myself up off the floor and I seen a pool of blood on the floor and my hand was gashed and bleeding pretty bad.

So I went to the hospital and had to get stitches in my hand. This sucks now because I can't grip the controller because of the stitches and my wrist hurts from falling on it too.

despa1r_fact0r must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could despa1r_fact0r possibly have for not rating a single film?
