Well a Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars demo was just released on the Xbox Live Marketplace and I just played it not too long ago. I have to say I was very impressed, I already knew the Game would be good after the PC version getting a 9.0 but I wasn't too sure about the controls. Thankfully they work very well, maybe not as good as the PC, but it works well enough for the fun to translate. What I really liked where the HD briefing videos with Micheal Ironside it adds a lot to the game, and I know they aren't new for this installment, but they're still really cool. I am yet to try out the Multiplayer but I probably will tonight with some friends and use the Vision Camera. I've never played an RTS in multiplayer before so I look forward to it, it'll be very intense. I am more or less sold on this game, unless the 360 version gets god awful reviews, then i'll definitely pick it up.

I recently downloaded two more XBLA games, Jetpac: Refuelled and Worms. Both are great, Jetpac is a fun Arcade shooter that you can just jump in and out of any time for a quick fix. Worms is Worms, what you've come to expect from the series all in glorious HD with Xbox Live play for up to four players. The only downside is that lack of weapons, but, its easily overlooked for the weapons they have already make it fun enough plus there's always hope they'll release more Weapons over Xbox Live, hopefully for free. I highly recommend both, but I would say if you want Worms I'd suggest getting a few Friends to buy it too because its the Multiplayer that makes the XBLA Worms worth getting.

I also recently downloaded two Virtual Console games. One that i've been meaning to get round to for a while "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past" and the recently released "Lylat Wars". A Link to the Past is superb, I haven't played it in an age, I barely remember it, but if you've played any Zelda game you'll know what to expect. Dungeons, big world to explore, weapons to find, baddies to kill and people to save. The game aged very well, it still feels fresh today I'm totally into it and look forward to spending many more hours with it. This is definitely one of the best in the Zelda series - Ocarina of Time will always be the best - and I highly recommend this, its a true classic. Now onto Lylat Wars - or Starfox 64 - I used to have this game on the N64 back in the day, I think it was the third or fourth game I got for the system and it introduced me - and many - to rumble. Which sadly, is a downside in this in that it doesn't have any rumble. But its easily overlooked, just pretend your playing a PS3 game - just kidding - everything else is intact. The graphics are still nice, the voice acting is pretty good and the gameplay is still awesome. I spent many hours with this game when I was young and i'm about to spend many more with it, I really love this game and I can't wait to get the Independence Day style level, that was probably the best. I hope we see a new Starfox game on the Wii which goes back to this classic style - not that I didn't like the Gamecube games, I loved Starfox Adventures - but I wished the Arwing sections were longer and I never got round to playing Starfox Assault, will do one day.  So hopefully we'll see a fully Arwing Starfox on the Wii at some point, along with the SNES game on the Virtual Console.

Well thats all I can think of to say now...

I'll catch ya later ma brotha!!

C&C3 is awesome, there's some nice new features and cutscenes, plus the graphics are superb in HD. I really enjoyed the demo and might consider picking it up in the future. Yes, Worms is great but as you said there's a lot of things missing and the A.I is pretty poor sometimes. I hope there's gonna be an update and map packs, etc soon. I haven't downloaded any of the the Virtual Console games yet because I'm still waiting for Body Harvest....

I will definitely be getting C&C at some point but I would rather have the pc version. Dunno about RTS's with controllers. I actually played the snes today trying out some old games, starwing was one. That really made me wanna get Lylat wars. But I've got plenty of VC games already. I'm just gonna wait for Streets of Rage 2 or Toejam & Earl 2. They should be coming next week! ttyl

You should give the demo a shot and see what you think of the controls, they were a real worry for me too about the 360 version but I think it works well. But it would be cool if they added USB Mouse and Keyboard support for the 360 version because it is possible...

Also, I heard Toejam & Earl 2 isn't that good, I looked up some vids on You Tube and it looks totally different, But we'll see.

and another thing, it'll probably be a long time before we see Body Harvest on the Virtual Console. I really liked that game too and never had the pleasure of owning it so i'd also like to see it on the Virtual Console. But prepare to wait.

I still havent got a broadband connection to my 360 yet, but I know that if I get the wireless adaptor it'll work where we have it. As soon as I do, I'll be getting Symphony of the Night asap. About the VC, the only N64 games that are announced/rumored are Aerofighters Assault, Beetle Adventure Racing and Yoshi's Story. Thats for the rest of this year! I'm looking forward to Neo Geo and Commodore 64 games going on the VC :p
