I heard of Jared Padalecki when he was on the show "Gilmore Girls," and I even watched a few epsiodes with him on it, but I was never truly introduced to the awesomeness that is Jared until he co-starred opposite Jensen Ackles in the show "Supernatural." I fell in love with the show, and subsequently with both main characters.
Jared does a wonderful job playing Sam Winchester, the younger brother to Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles). He can really bring emotion to the show, and he works well with Jensen. Both boys have awesome chemistry as brothers and that makes their family relationship that much more believable. Jared is relatively well-known, but it never hurts to be pushed farther into the stage light. I can't wait to see what he brings this season of Supernatural, and how he will progress in his acting career.

I first learned of Jensen when he played on Smallville as Lana's boyfriend. I was introduced to his hotness, and I loved his acting. I started watching the show, even thow I didn't like it, just to see him. When he was cut off the show, I was devastated, thinking that I would never see him again. Imagine my surprise/shock when I decided to tune into the pilot episode of the new Supernatural and five minutes in, I was looking at one of the main characters on the show: Jensen. I fell in love with the show because I lokve the dynamics of the entire thing. Not only is Jensen absolutely gorgeous, but he can really act. I love the sarcasm he puts into the show, and he can put across so much in just one look. I love reading his expressions. He is wonderful as Dean Winchester and I am so freakin glad that he was casted for this show. Anyway, before I start sounding completely obsessive, I just want to finish by saying that Jensen is my favorite TV actor, and he's right up there as one of my all-time favorites overall. He is one of the best actors today that many people do not know about, which is a complete shame. He needs to get the appreciation he deserves.
That is why he's a 10 in my book.
