So I got myself an iPhone (3gs 16gigs) for my bday gift (last week), and because my old phone has been dying out on me for a while now. In the past year, I don't know how many times I've told myself: "If I had an iPhone, I could have done this or that". So it is done!
So when I came home with it, I immediately jumped on iTunes and surfed the app store. I found quite a few funny ones, useful ones and some games I ended up buying after trying the demo.
The iPhone is soooooooo much more useful than I thought, so far I'm loving it.
I also bought DJ Hero yesterday. I've played a few "missions" already, and it's fun, although I don't think this game will have as much longetivity (sp?) than Guitar Hero or Rock Bank for the reason that it's always 3 mixed songs together. Some are really good, others...meh. I'm not sure it was worth the 130$ yet due to the fact that I'm skeptical over its replay value. However, I'm definately sure the deluxe edition is not worth it.
That's it for now.
As I have been playing WoW for 4 years now, and it has been sucking up my life, I have bought consoles and let them gather dust. Don't get me wrong, I've been buying games, but never finishing them. I also bought a new computer in May because my old one just didn't do for WoW raids anymore.
Anyway, I've taken back the taste to console games. I love computer games, and there are games, when available on either console or PC, I tend to go for the PC version, but that might depend on the game type. For example, shooters I prefer to have on PC, while racing games and platformers I prefer to have on consoles.
I've been trying to get away from WoW for a while now, and it's slowly happening. I don't think I'll be dropping out of WoW fully anytime soon, but I've discovered the joys of consoles once more. Hopefully, this urge will last. I'm tired of buying games and not finishing them ![]()
I am now level 77 on my main. The lag leaves and comes back whenever there is a new batch of invites sent out. But so far, I STILL like WotLK alot better. The zones I've seen so far are Borean Tundra, Howling Fjord, Dragonblight, Grizzly Hills, and Scholazar Basin. I don't want to do too much besides leveling because I don't want to get burnt out from the game before the release. However, I feel that leveling my toon to 80 will make my leveling easier once live is out.
Now that means I'm also in a rush to finish things in TBC to have as many accomplishments as possible at release. Finishing quests and reputations that I have left unfinished. There aren't that many but still.
I'm still decided that I will be leveling a Death Knight second after my main. Although I haven't decided which of my toons will be picking up inscribing as so far, there's is nothing that interesting that would make me want to learn it on my main.
That's it for now.
