Bangy, bangy. strumy strumy

so i picked up a used Rock Band game from somebody in the city. the game will play but needs to get buffed before it will install to hard drive. the drums work perfectly but the Guitar won't strum downwards. on top of this he forgot to give me the USB hub and the connecting cable for the drums. hopefuly i will be able to get these two pieces from a friend, but i was planing on replacing the guitar anyways so no big deal. i think i'll still see if i can't get harmonix to replace my guitar...

I don't buy used games for a reason unless they're in mint condition. Many of the used games I buy are from collectors like me on eBay. Once you get Rock Band installed to the hard drive, you can import it to Rock Band 2 so you don't have to switch out discs if you want to play a certain song. I don't own any Guitar Hero or Rock Band games cause I'm poor so I don't know much about them.
Sorry about your guitar but since you're going to replace it anyway, there's nothing to worry about.
