My grandmother lost the ability to drive temporarily a few months ago when she broke her wrist.

Her Buick LeSabre Limited sat in her apartment block's underground parkade for that time, since she lives alone and no family members needed it. That is, until last night.

She had asked me to take it out and get it washed, since it was "a bit muddy".

So, I showed up, got her keys, entered the parkade to find that beautiful car covered in a quarter inch of dust. So much dust, in fact, that I needed to use the snowbrush and brush it off just to be able to see out of the windshield. That was an odd experience.

Of course, the car started up and ran just fine, so there's nothing much to add to the story, except that it looks really weird when a car is covered in dust, and it feels kind of funny to drive a dust-covered car past a police cruiser.

Thanks for reading, I'm Dark Minun.
