I've put off telling very many people up til now, but today we found out that we are pregnant with a healthy baby!!
They tell me that the little white blob next to the arrow is the baby. 
She (that's the default pronoun because I'm feeling girl vibes) is about the size of a grain of rice at this point so I'll take what I can get. All I care is that we got to hear the little heartbeat. I can rest easy...for the next few months anyway.
