Here's the low down.

In my New Testament class, we had to do a huge project covering multiple items on a large list our teacher gave us, and we could do it in any format. Scrapbook, powerpoint, booklet... or a movie. So me and several friends got together and made a movie. I wrote the script, directed (which is extremely hard to do with five rowdy teenage boys), and did camera for maybe a fourth of it. We filmed nearly all of it today, while we were actually working and filming for a couple hours and messing around for the other six.

The role of Jesus is being played by our friend Justin, who doesn't go to our school and is also a semi-renowned Atheist at our school (Amazingly, I've been able to keep my Atheism a secret all year, except for a handful of people I trust) because extremely religious students are always picking fights with him and trying to prove him wrong. The role has already cause a bit of a controversy, but it's all good.

I seriously have NOT laughed so hard in my whole life. It is all so ridiculous, with horrible props and settings and extremely sudden changes in camera angles and positioning of people/objects. The best part is that our group consists of people in four different hours in the same class, so this movie will be shown to FOUR different classes.

The religious nuts will surely have our heads. Also, I'll be sure to post the full, edited film whichs runs about 25 minutes, as well as the dozens of bloopers.

Here is a sneak preview
